- Find senior housing and senior centers in community for participants
- Assist with housing needs. Prevent evictions and assist with government funded programs
- Free training for family caregivers, which include Dementia, Alzheimer’s, CPR, etc.

We assist with formal and informal sources of support on behalf of the consumer. Below are waivers that we can assist you with:

- Aging Waiver
- Attendant Care Waiver/ Act 150 Program
- Community Health Choices (CHC)
- COMMCare Waiver
- Independence Waiver
- OBRA Waiver
These are programs that provide long-term care and support to individuals living in their own home, who are at risk of being institutionalized.
