Our guidance and placement services are completely free to Medicaid clients and family caregivers. We also offer private pay concierge care services for families who want personalized guidance, support, and placement assistance, beginning with a free 15 minute discovery call. How do you help caregivers find the best pay and benefits?
We do the work for you. Smith Cares has a network of reliable home care agencies that offer some of the most competitive pay and benefits packages in Southeast Pennsylvania including sign-on bonuses up to $1,000, weekly pay, health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, holiday pay, performance bonuses, and more. We match you with the agency that fits your situation best, advocate on your behalf throughout the process, and make sure you are set up for success from day one. What if my current agency is unable to staff my case?
This is one of the most common reasons families come to us. If your current agency cannot find a caregiver for your case we will match you with an agency in our network that specializes in hard to staff cases and can get someone placed quickly.
How do you select the home care agencies in your network?
Every agency in our network goes through a thorough vetting process before we ever recommend them to a family. We look at their licensing and compliance standing, caregiver pay and benefits packages, staffing reliability, responsiveness when issues come up, and feedback from families we have already placed with them. We also evaluate whether they can handle hard to staff cases because not every agency can. If an agency does not meet our standards they do not make it into our network. We only recommend agencies we would feel comfortable sending our own family to.

Yes. In addition to our free Medicaid placement services we offer a private pay concierge care service for families in Southeast Pennsylvania who want personalized guidance navigating home care, assisted living, memory care, and other senior care options.
