What if my current agency is unable to staff my case?
This is one of the most common reasons families come to us. If your current agency cannot find a caregiver for your case we will match you with an agency in our network that specializes in hard to staff cases and can get someone placed quickly.
How do you select the home care agencies in your network?
Every agency in our network goes through a thorough vetting process before we ever recommend them to a family. We look at their licensing and compliance standing, caregiver pay and benefits packages, staffing reliability, responsiveness when issues come up, and feedback from families we have already placed with them. We also evaluate whether they can handle hard to staff cases because not every agency can. If an agency does not meet our standards they do not make it into our network. We only recommend agencies we would feel comfortable sending our own family to.
