What types of cases do you place? We place standard Medicaid home care cases as well as hard to staff cases that other sources cannot fill. If your agency has open cases that have gone unstaffed we want to hear from you.
Do you place private pay clients? Yes. In addition to Medicaid placements we also connect private pay families with agencies in our network. Private pay clients start faster, require no Medicaid authorization, and represent a growing revenue opportunity for agencies looking to diversify their client base. How do you select the home care agencies in your network?
Every agency in our network goes through a thorough vetting process before we ever recommend them to a family. We look at their licensing and compliance standing, caregiver pay and benefits packages, staffing reliability, responsiveness when issues come up, and feedback from families we have already placed with them. We also evaluate whether they can handle hard to staff cases because not every agency can. If an agency does not meet our standards they do not make it into our network. We only recommend agencies we would feel comfortable sending our own family to.
